MRCAgent XML Output Missing Score

When you run the MRCAgent.exe from v1.0.0.9 the XML output is missing the score which is displayed when the same file is analyzed in the gui version. Is this a bug? Is this being fixed? Anyone at Mandiant have a comment on this issue?
